Erin Shannon is currently a senior in high school and has been part of a competitive gymnastics team since she was eight years old. She has competed at State, Regional, and National Championships from levels 7 through 9 and is now training to become a level 10. In 2018, Erin was titled Level 9 Easten National Uneven Bars Champion with a score of 9.575 out of a perfect 10. Erin has also won numerous championship titles at States and Regionals in levels 7 and 8 on uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and the all around. Apart from attending state wide high performance clinics, college recruitment summer camps, and training, on average, 20 hours a week, Erin loves to spend her free time doing extra conditioning and training on her own outside of the gym.
Along with gymnastics, Erin also enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going swimming, spending time outdoors, and playing with her dog.
