love and respect our bodies because…
"The body is a sacred garment. It's your first and last garment; it is what you enter life in and what you depart life with, and it should be treated with honor."
— Martha Graham
I am in love with ballet. It all started at the age of two at “Ballet des Enfants” where we dressed up in enchanting costumes and acted out scenes from stories. It’s been twelve years now, but it’s still exciting for me because there’s always something new I discover about myself every time I get into the studio.
Ballet has so many treasures for the mind and body. It has given me an appreciation that beauty is in the very tiny details: I know now that attention to detail can make something as simple as a hand gesture beautiful.
Ballet has not only taught me the uplifting appreciation for beauty in movement and classical music, but it has also taught me how to take care of myself. I’m inspired to dive into the science of how and what to feed my muscles and brain so I can be strong enough to create and share my love of dance.

I’ve learned how to take care of my body by learning about nutritious food and I’m now passionate about healthy recipes and cooking meals.
In today’s world, food is the cause of so many diseases, and I want to share that food can be fun, delicious and healthy too!
People think of ballet as something so foreign and out of reach but the truth is that ballet has taught me how to use every muscle in my body without any equipment! Anyone can learn how to do this!!
There are so many benefits to getting moving with our bodies! Especially with music! Kids should experience this close up and know that they don’t need to have any special equipment to get fit! They just need their bodies, music, and the love of movement.
Ballet has also taught me skills of resilience, how stay organized, and how to motivate myself with large goals made up of tiny steps.
My mom calls me the Pied Piper because I adore little kids and they always love being around me! I want to help kids find what sparks their curiosity and happiness. I want to help them notice something that they find beautiful and can’t help learning more about, even when there’s no one telling them they have to do it. I am so excited to share these skills of wellness with them to inspire them to get fit and stay healthy.
