Breakfast of champions!
I want to have a hearty breakfast with fiber and energy for the day because I noticed I was having some headaches at school and thought maybe I wasn’t getting enough food before lunchtime.
I chose oatmeal because it has 5 grams of protein and I want to get more lean muscles this spring. I sprinkled cinnamon and sliced fresh strawberries and I’m good to go! Made an extra serving for my mom!
