Oatmeal happens to be one of my favorite breakfast foods because it is a long lasting source of energy and provides a lot of necessary nutrients! They contain many important vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals! Oats also lower cholesterol and improve blood sugar. I eat oatmeal almost everyday for breakfast, and I love changing up my toppings to make it more fun! :)
1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of any nut milk, toppings of your choice!
