We Ballet Breakfast

Thanksgiving Breakfast! Holidays can make it hard to eat healthy but not when you have favorite meals to look forward to!  

Healthy breakfast    Ingredients:   -1/2 of a ripe banana  -1/2 cup of blueberries  -3/4 of a grapefruit  -a pinch of your favorite homemade granola!   -1/4 cup of your favorite nutmilk   Steps:   1. Cut a grapefruit in half and eat all the fruit on the inside  2. Scoop out everything left in the peel  3. Put blueberries, banana, and granola into the bowl shaped peel  4. Add in a couple extra pieces of grapefruit or any other fruit you like!   5. Pour in your nut milk  6. Enjoy!   This breakfast option is fun, easy, delicious, and filling! I saw someone make it in a YouTube video with papaya and wanted to try it with grapefruit!
