We Ballet Breakfast
did you know that breakfast means breaking or stopping a fast (fast means not eating) or eating after sleeping all night… I don’t know about you but I don’t eat while I’m sleeping :)
So this is my absolutely delicio-so goto breakfast! Chamomile tea with a splash of soy milk, a hard boiled egg and a piece of multigrain bread from The kneaded bread (if you haven’t been here it’s an absolute must for fresh baked goodies in Portchester NY) and smashed avocado with some chia seeds (the tiny black things that look like poppy seeds) and my FAVORITE - Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast! This is packed with vitamins including B12 which I don’t get much of because I don’t eat meat! I literally eat Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast with a spoon sometimes! It tastes cheesy and salty.
